| The issue of income tax is that income tax is a tax on corporations and not on the individual citizens of this Republic. If the income tax was "de jure" in other words handled according to the law then the income tax would be implemented fairly, Other wise, reducing spending is the only way to balance the budget, and to reduce transfer payments and entitlements to those individuals on the government dole. | |||

| Seek to apply the tax code "de jure", and eliminate all other taxes that are a "usurpations"; I would only spend money on programs that are authorized by the US Constitution and stop all spending that is now being so-called required under the "civil" jurisdiction. This to the un-knowledgeable will seem drastic, but such change will enhance the Republics greatly. |
